Project Manager – AI‑Driven Customer Engagement

About the role

Stitch® is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead AI‑driven customer engagement initiatives from Heliopolis. You will own end‑to‑end project planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for AI‑based solutions.
• Coordinate daily activities of cross‑functional teams, tracking progress against milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee expediting and logistics to guarantee that materials and deliverables arrive on schedule.
• Support quality and inspection processes, documenting outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects, preferably in technology, SaaS, or customer‑engagement solutions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
