Project Manager - CRM

About the role

The Project Manager – CRM will lead end‑to‑end delivery of CRM initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while aligning with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines and deliverables; manage planning, requirements gathering, implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into actionable plans and facilitate communication between business teams, developers and leadership.
• Coordinate CRM system configuration, enhancements and integration with core banking and customer service platforms.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, promote best practices and monitor project progress, reporting status and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing CRM‑related projects, preferably in digital banking or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
