Project Manager – Data, Analytics & AI

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate data, analytics, and AI initiatives for our digital banking platform. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver data‑driven solutions that support business decision‑making and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and AI projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage implementation of data pipelines, reporting tools, analytics platforms and AI models.
• Track progress, identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and report status to senior management.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration within Agile or hybrid frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably on data, analytics or technology projects.
• Project‑management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with data engineering, analytics or AI/ML teams.
