Project Manager – Industrial Electrical Projects

About the role

ProServe is looking for an organized Project Manager to lead industrial and electrical projects from initiation through commissioning. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, costs, variations and ensure project profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, material delivery, subcontractors and site activities.
• Maintain continuous client communication and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes and close‑out records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• 1‑3+ years of experience in project management, industrial services or electrical systems.
• Experience with medium‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems, switchgear, maintenance or retrofit projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Project management and coordination tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of medium‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems and switchgear.
• Budgeting and cost‑control techniques.
