Project Manager – Landscape, Irrigation & Swimming Pools

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead our most ambitious landscape, irrigation and swimming‑pool projects in Cairo. You will own the full project lifecycle—from concept and design review through construction, testing and handover—ensuring each outdoor space meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee all phases of landscape, irrigation and swimming‑pool projects, from planning and design review to execution and final handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to deliver on time and within cost.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and suppliers to maintain seamless project flow.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks, challenges and deviations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Proven engineering or construction background with extensive experience in managing large‑scale outdoor projects.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and drive results.
• Strong financial and scheduling acumen to control budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
