Project Manager – Medical Imaging Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑value medical imaging equipment such as MRI, CT, PET‑CT, DR and RT systems. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution from site planning to final acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects for medical imaging equipment, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site planning, workflow design, and risk assessments for scanning rooms to guarantee compliance with equipment requirements.
• Provide technical information to customers and develop detailed project plans covering site preparation, shipment, installation, and training.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project participants to keep timelines on track.
• Oversee equipment commissioning, obtain customer acceptance, and complete hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, medical engineering, electronics, automatic control, construction or a related field.
• Minimum three years of project management or customer‑service experience with high‑value medical equipment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work abroad, handle extra hours and manage pressure independently.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
