Project Manager – Network (North Sinai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Network to lead large‑scale network infrastructure projects in North Sinai, Egypt. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through installation, testing and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Lead site engineers and technical crews during installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications and company quality standards.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and manage change requests.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, RFIs, material submittals and oversee procurement to guarantee timely delivery.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, client inspections and manage the final acceptance process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex ICT/network projects, preferably for government or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle multiple projects under pressure.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
