Project Manager (PMO) - Hybrid

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider of smart, modular and sustainable technology solutions serving more than 100 enterprise customers across 14 countries, is hiring a Project Manager in its Business Automation department. The role supports the PMO by driving governance, tracking cross-functional milestones and ensuring the smooth execution of enterprise technology initiatives such as automation rollouts. It acts as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and executive leadership. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project governance routines and status meetings, documenting action items and key decisions
• Track project schedules, resource allocations and deliverables across multiple tracks, including change management and testing
• Maintain PMO documentation, risk and issue registers and project status dashboards using standard enterprise tools
• Coordinate stakeholder communication so everyone is aligned on scope, timelines and deployment milestones
• Support change management activities and user acceptance testing cycles

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• 4+ years of project management or PMO experience in an IT or digital transformation environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2
• Use of tracking tools such as Jira, DevOps or MS Project
