Project Quality Engineer

About the role

As a Project Quality Engineer you will ensure that all projects meet and exceed stringent quality benchmarks, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow comprehensive Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs across engineering, construction, and manufacturing projects.
• Review and maintain project‑specific Quality Management plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Identify potential risks and apply proactive Risk Management strategies to mitigate quality issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for non‑conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyse project quality data, preparing detailed reports and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and records for all quality‑related activities.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality best practices and process improvement methodologies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven experience in Project Quality Engineering, preferably in construction, civil, architecture, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and demonstrable project management expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and overall Quality Management systems.
• Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and quality methodologies such as Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent auditing, data analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong communication abilities.
