Project Quality Lead Senior Engineer II

About the role

The Project Quality Lead Senior Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining quality across the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Reporting to the Solution Center Leader, the role collaborates with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other required quality documentation.
• Identify quality risks, define mitigation actions and monitor performance metrics throughout the project.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits, assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for non‑conformities and coordinate communication with customers.
• Collect customer feedback during execution, analyse it and build action plans to improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 8‑10 years of quality management experience.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience, preferably in software development or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards (including ISO 19443 for nuclear sector).
• Root‑cause analysis techniques such as Fishbone, 8D, and risk‑management methodologies.
• Quality tools and software proficiency.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Experience with project financial management (P&L) and supplier qualification.
