About the role
Menard is seeking a Project/Site Engineer specialized in geotechnical works to oversee soil improvement and foundation construction from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage soil improvement works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Supervise site operations, civil engineering tasks, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project documentation, site reports, and conduct quality control checks.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
- Coordinate with the technical office and project manager for integrated delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 0‑3 years of experience in foundation construction/engineering.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and safety practices.
- Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
Required skills
- Proficiency in CAD.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Competent use of Microsoft Word.
