Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales

About the role
The Property Advisor will engage prospective leads, present suitable real‑estate projects, and guide clients through viewings and negotiations. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective leads and present suitable real‑estate projects based on client needs.
- Conduct daily sales calls and maintain consistent follow‑ups with potential clients.
- Schedule and lead property viewings and site visits.
- Negotiate offer terms and close property deals efficiently.
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of sales experience (real‑estate experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Highly ambitious, self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of the Egyptian real‑estate market, especially Cairo areas.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Based in or near Cairo.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
