Property Consultant – Real Estate Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Property Consultant to join our luxury real‑estate team in New Cairo. You will provide personalized property advice, conduct market research and manage both sales and rental transactions, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present tailored property solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to keep clients informed of trends and pricing.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales and rental process, from property viewings to contract signing.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of real‑estate markets and property fundamentals.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in real‑estate.
• Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, competitive market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Dubai or international real‑estate market is a plus.
