Protection and Control Specialist

About the role

The Protection and Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and operating security systems to safeguard people and assets across Mantrac Group’s facilities in Egypt. The role works night shifts and ensures compliance with security procedures and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alerts from CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems, escalating incidents as needed.
• Monitor and operate all security equipment to guarantee continuous protection and functionality.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports detailing activities, incidents, and system performance.
• Oversee BU coordinators, evaluate performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct random inspections of branches, vehicles, and individuals to verify system compliance.
• Document and report security violations or incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments on security matters and monitor security personnel via CCTV.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Good working knowledge of IT systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
