Provider & Care Operations Specialist

About the role

AllCare.ai is seeking a Provider & Care Operations Specialist to join its remote Healthcare Concierge team based in Egypt. You will act as the operational hub that connects providers, facilities, internal teams and pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth delivery of care to senior‑living residents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily provider schedules and routing to maximize efficiency.
• Assign providers to patients, monitor utilization and adjust assignments as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes, patient census and operational updates with Care partners, medical assistants and dispatch teams.
• Support onboarding of new providers and ensure operational readiness.
• Track operational KPIs, resolve scheduling or service issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports and flag operational risks.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider logistics, dispatch or care coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, US Pacific‑time aligned environment.
• Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited Egyptian university (or equivalent experience).

Required skills
