Purchasing Manager

About the role

We are a growing technology company delivering innovative, scalable solutions that help organisations operate more efficiently and securely. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation and procurement of products and services that support our sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and continuously monitor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise stock shortages or excess.
• Analyse market trends, pricing and product availability to inform buying decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan purchases.
• Monitor inventory turnover and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain management.
• Proven experience in electronics, laptops, used mobile devices or retail sectors.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
