Warehouse Lead

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Warehouse Lead to run warehouse operations across its CS&L network, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective handling of finished goods and materials. The role covers end-to-end warehouse execution, operational compliance, productivity improvement and the performance of 3PL and external warehouse partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and align stock between SAP and the warehouse management system
• Analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPIs, and introduce corrective measures when needed
• Work with service providers to meet delivery commitments, quality and HACCP guidelines
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities, including shelf-life management
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, write-offs and inventory segregation
• Set up SLAs and KPIs with 3PL partners, lead operational reviews and drive corrective actions
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization and product flow, and ensure FIFO/FEFO and batch management
• Plan peak seasons and volume readiness, and lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build full-cost analyses, risk assessments and yearly budgets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics or operations
• Proven experience managing 3PL and external warehouse operations
• Experience managing multiple warehouses or a distributed network is an advantage
• Team player with analytical thinking

Required skills

• Highly experienced use of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3
• Experience in logistics, procurement or supply chain
