QA/QC Architect Manager – 1 Year Construction Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Architect Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities on a one‑year construction project covering sites in 6th of October, the North Coast, and New Cairo. The role is full‑time, six days a week, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and follow‑up on finishing activities, reporting any quality issues.
• Review materials, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in architectural QA/QC within construction projects.
• Strong background in site supervision, finishing works inspections, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
