QMS Section Head – Quality Management Leader

About the role

The QMS Section Head will lead the Quality Management System, ensuring its effective implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement across production operations while complying with safety, legislative, environmental and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess implementation, effectiveness, efficiency, maintenance and continual improvement of the QMS.
• Supervise, plan and implement all quality operations to optimise production within regulatory and company requirements.
• Ensure all quality documents (SOPs, policies, technical files) are up‑to‑date and compliant.
• Participate in review and approval of GMP‑related documents.
• Prepare for and take part in internal and external audits (MOH, EDA, international regulatory bodies).
• Coordinate with other departments to provide requested documents and responses.
• Follow up on corrective actions arising from audit observations.
• Provide technical guidance and assist in solving quality‑related issues.
• Identify areas for QMS improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Analyse quality performance indicators and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy.
