About the role
Sutherland Cairo is seeking two Quality Analysts to support a new telecom program. The role requires fluency in German or Spanish and the ability to work onsite in Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all assigned transaction evaluations and attend calibration sessions.
- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members, resolve issues and meet expectations.
- Relay important information through timely and accurate reports.
- Produce strategies based on accurate data reports, analysis and observations.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of QA experience within the telecom domain.
- Fluency in German or Spanish.
- Ability to work onsite at the Cairo location.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to building trust.
