Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will support the manufacturing site by ensuring that all processes, materials, and equipment meet the highest safety and quality standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent pharmacy graduate who is eager to apply academic knowledge to real‑world GMP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular investigations to verify that workers follow required safety procedures.
• Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
• Execute pre‑ and post‑production quality checks and generate detailed reports.
• Oversee the issuance, weighing, and release of raw materials, confirming that specifications meet quality requirements and that storage complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor plant conditions such as humidity and temperature to ensure they stay within set limits.
• Check machine conformity to standards and coordinate periodic maintenance activities.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of “Very good” or “Excellent”.
• Fresh graduate – junior level.
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good understanding of QA processes and familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
