Quality Assurance Section Head

About the role

The Quality Assurance Section Head will lead the development and management of the company’s integrated quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures all new products are validated before market launch and that ISO standards are fully implemented and maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2026 and ISO 45001/2018 systems and related procedures.
• Coordinate internal audit programmes for all three management systems.
• Lead management review activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the quality laboratory, including durability tests, measurements, product testing and calibrations.
• Validate new products, produce final quality reports and ensure compliance with European and Egyptian standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control manager to develop quality plans and statistical process control.
• Manage supplier qualification (SQD) and support cost‑reduction projects.
• Communicate with governmental authorities and certification bodies regarding regulations and certifications.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in quality assurance and management system implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in product validation, laboratory management and supplier qualification.

Required skills

• Implementation of ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2026, ISO 45001/2018.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Product validation and final quality reporting.
• Durability testing, measurements and calibrations.
• Knowledge of CE Mark, European and Egyptian product standards.
