Quality Control Specialist (Molecular Diagnostics)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Quality Control Specialist to join our laboratory in New Cairo Industrial Area. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) products within our molecular diagnostics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QC testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished IVD products.
• Carry out routine DNA/RNA extraction and real‑time PCR (qPCR) detection runs following standard laboratory procedures.
• Review batch records to verify compliance with internal quality standards.
• Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the company’s quality management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in quality control within the IVD or molecular diagnostics sector.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
