Quality Engineer (Office Furniture)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer specialized in office furniture to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. The role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods.
• Verify that products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
• Maintain quality records and prepare detailed inspection reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Experience in the office furniture industry.
• Knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
