Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Quality Manager to join Grand Plast’s manufacturing site in Al‑Khānkah, Egypt. In this on‑site position you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our quality control and assurance systems, ensuring that all products meet both company specifications and international industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate production processes to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare corrective action plans and follow up on their execution.
• Analyse quality metrics, generate reports and drive data‑based improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate root causes and lead corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality control/quality assurance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting quality metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Control or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the plastics industry is an advantage.
