Quality Manager – QMS & Supplier Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, IEC standards and customer requirements. The role will ensure the company’s quality policy and strategic objectives are embedded across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the QMS, driving standardisation and process optimisation.
• Plan and execute the annual audit programme, including internal, external, customer, certification and supplier audits.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Define, monitor and report quality KPIs such as Customer Complaints, COPQ, FPY, Defect Rate, RFT, Supplier PPM and failure costs.
• Lead non‑conformance investigations, root‑cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee Supplier Quality Assurance programmes, supplier qualification, audits and performance evaluations.
• Create and maintain Process Control Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and manufacturing quality procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, CAPA processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to performance management.
