Quantity Surveyor & Payment Engineer (3-5 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor & Payment Engineer to join our construction team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves preparing and managing payment certificates, performing quantity take‑offs, and supporting the financial side of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit interim and final payment certificates for clients.
• Prepare and review subcontractor payment certificates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs from approved shop drawings.
• Review BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.
• Prepare and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs) and financial claims.
• Monitor project financial status and produce periodic commercial reports.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office, Site Team, and Finance Department.
• Prepare quantity comparison reports and maintain proper payment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and payment certification.
• Experience in construction or woodworks companies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
