R2R Lead Analyst (Chief Accountant)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced R2R Lead Analyst to manage end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report services and provide comprehensive accounting support in line with IFRS. The role involves overseeing journal entry preparation, balance‑sheet maintenance, and month‑end close activities while ensuring data integrity and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Create, distribute, and maintain standard GL and intercompany transactions.
• Manage accruals, amortization of pre‑payments, GRIR clearance, cost allocation, and depreciation runs.
• Set settlement rules and execute programs within the ERP system.
• Support and monitor month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain the chart of accounts, perform account analysis and reconciliations.
• Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and meet customer SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA, CMA, ACCA or IFRS certification is a plus.
• 6‑9 years of accounting experience with solid reporting skills.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and GL processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
