About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent position is based in New Cairo. You will guide clients through the entire property lifecycle, from identifying suitable properties and arranging viewings to providing market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms and support clients through contracts and closing processes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and market research.
- Build and nurture client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.
- Stay informed on local market trends and real‑property regulations.
Required profile
- Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real‑estate regulations.
- Proven sales abilities such as lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with professional communication.
- Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and attend client meetings and property visits.
- Comfort using digital tools for listings and CRM systems.
