About the role

Element Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing commercial and residential properties while delivering data‑driven investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their investment objectives.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling property listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, coordinating with legal and financial partners.
• Perform market research, monitor local real‑estate trends, and provide analytical recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with real‑property regulations, and support the team’s collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid knowledge of property regulations and practices.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial real‑estate transactions.
• Strong sales track record with excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Effective written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo, manage property tours and client meetings.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail in contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field is beneficial.
