About the role

Join RED, a data‑backed real‑estate brokerage, as a full‑time Real Estate Sales Agent in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes while leveraging RED’s technology and market analytics to deliver fast, informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, preparing and presenting offers.
• Negotiate terms on behalf of clients and close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, inventory, and pricing.
• Utilize technology tools and analytics to support client recommendations.
• Handle documentation, coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in real‑estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing transactions.
• Active real‑estate license in the relevant jurisdiction with knowledge of local laws and compliance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and proven ability to build relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation for client meetings and property tours in the Los Angeles area.
