Real Estate Sales Agent – Fresh Graduates (No Experience Required)

About the role

Bold Routes is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in real estate sales without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new client relationships.
• Maintain an active portfolio of property listings.
• Prepare and present property proposals to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients and the firm.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on local real‑estate trends and regulations.
• Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with company and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to deliver high‑level customer service.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid knowledge of real‑estate regulations and practices.
• Demonstrated sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial property transactions (preferred).
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and documentation skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and client communication.
