About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients throughout property transactions, from evaluating properties to closing deals. You will work on-site, providing exceptional customer service and leveraging market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with property transactions, including evaluating properties and conducting showings.
• Generate leads, manage client relationships, and negotiate deals.
• Prepare contracts and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and pricing.

Required profile

• Experience and licensing in real estate sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and proven sales skills in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive approach with strong negotiation skills.
