Real Estate Sales Consultant (Hybrid – Maadi)

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, based in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. You will prospect, engage and guide potential buyers through the complete sales cycle for residential units across Wadi Degla’s projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective buyers through prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Conduct property tours and present features, benefits, and pricing of residential units.
• Manage the full sales process: needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams on unit availability, contracts and documentation.
• Stay updated on project details, market trends and competitor offerings.
• Participate in sales events, open houses and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales skills with experience in prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent client relationship management and customer‑service orientation.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management discipline, especially in CRM usage and follow‑up.
• Knowledge of the local residential real‑estate market and basic transaction processes.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or property consulting is preferred.
• Academic background in business, marketing or related field is an advantage.
