About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join SR Development’s growing team. The role focuses on driving sales of commercial property projects and building relationships with prospective clients in the 6th of October and Giza area.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach potential buyers for commercial real‑estate projects.
Conduct site visits and present project details to interested clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
Prior experience in the commercial real‑estate sector.
Resident of 6th of October, Giza or nearby areas.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Result‑oriented and comfortable visiting project sites.
