Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Cairo, guiding clients through buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. This full‑time position leverages data‑backed market insights and technology tools to deliver a seamless, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads using lead‑generation techniques.
• Conduct property tours and present tailored proposals to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and draft contracts in compliance with local real‑property regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, project inventory and developer offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to streamline transactions and after‑sales support.
• Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status and market feedback.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid understanding of real‑property regulations and practices.
• Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects in Egypt.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
