Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the role

Optima Invest is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to drive property sales and build lasting client relationships in Cairo. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting residential and commercial opportunities, and guiding customers through the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, networking and personal business development.
• Present residential, commercial, administrative and investment properties, matching client needs with suitable units.
• Maintain a strong database of prospects, qualify leads based on budget, requirements and timeline.
• Negotiate offers within company guidelines, prepare commercial proposals and follow up on reservations, contracts and payments.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and investors, providing timely information and handling inquiries.
• Monitor the Egyptian real‑estate market, track competitor projects, pricing and trends, and report insights to management.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales or brokerage, preferably with residential and/or commercial clients.
