About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist – Associate to join the Office Management team at PwC Middle East. The role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of our offices across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage visitor logs and ensure timely escort to meeting rooms.
- Operate the switchboard, screen and route incoming calls, take messages and respond to queries.
- Receive and coordinate deliveries and courier services, handling mail distribution.
- Maintain the reception area, including general upkeep and tidiness.
- Book and manage meeting rooms and collaborative spaces.
- Assist with parking arrangements for guests when required.
- Adhere to the allocated budget for the administrative function of the office.
Required profile
- Professional and courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple front‑desk tasks efficiently.
- Customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
