Recruiter – Infrastructure & Construction

About the role

Infracon is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its infrastructure and construction projects. You will build a strong pipeline of technical, site and managerial candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for technical, site and managerial roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and industry networks.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer follow‑up.
• Collaborate with project teams and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare clear, attractive job advertisements for construction and engineering positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical background, experience, communication skills, salary expectations and availability.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and track recruitment progress with regular hiring reports.
• Support urgent project‑based hiring and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy or real‑estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction and infrastructure job functions (site execution, MEP, planning, cost control, QA/QC, project management).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
