About the role
The company is seeking a Recruitment and Organizational Development Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes and support organisational design initiatives. The role combines talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR operational support within a fast‑growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, walk‑ins and professional networks.
- Plan and conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage the full recruitment cycle in line with the manpower budget.
- Handle requisitions from start to finish, maintain recruitment data, headcount tracking and turnover analysis.
- Update organization charts, job descriptions and support orientation processes.
- Conduct studies to improve work processes and maintain active communication with department managers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (HR diploma is a plus).
- 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR functions.
- Strong command of English and proficient computer skills.
- Organized, people‑oriented with effective communication abilities.
