Recruitment Coordinator

Envision Employment Solutions is looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR administration within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and publish job descriptions across LinkedIn, job boards and social media while maintaining consistent branding.
• Manage postings, monitor performance and update open roles to ensure accuracy.
• Support social‑media recruitment by creating content, scheduling posts and responding to candidate inquiries.
• Administer the Workable ATS: create job listings, keep candidate records up‑to‑date, move candidates through stages and provide basic guidance to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations, reminders and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist Recruitment Partners with administrative tasks, talent sourcing and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, off‑boarding and personnel documentation to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, tech‑savvy and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
