Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Degla, Maadi. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who wants hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job boards and social media while maintaining consistent branding.
• Monitor posting performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and move applicants through the hiring stages in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations, reminders and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruitment partners with administrative tasks and talent sourcing efforts.
• Create and schedule recruitment‑related content on social platforms and engage with inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in English with strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a positive attitude toward candidate experience.
