Recruitment Specialist – European Talent Acquisition

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across European markets. You will work in an international environment, helping to attract, assess and onboard top talent for a variety of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across multiple European countries.
• Create, publish and manage job advertisements.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and evaluate language, technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules and selection activities with hiring managers.
• Guide international candidates through the recruitment process, including relocation support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
