Recruitment Specialist – International Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to lead both local and international hiring initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with opportunities across European markets while supporting candidates through the relocation process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic and cross‑border positions.
• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates across multiple European markets.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess language, technical and interpersonal competencies.
• Coordinate online assessments, interviews and selection activities.
• Assist international candidates with relocation logistics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
