Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team within a leading retail company. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet both operational and corporate staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals and headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks and best hiring practices.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and produce hiring metric reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and interview best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
