Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process in Benghazi. The role supports hiring managers, maintains candidate pipelines and ensures a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and the applicant tracking system (ATS) with high accuracy.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments based on job requirements.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless scheduling.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process and provide timely updates.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and interview‑to‑offer ratios.
• Support preparation of employment offers, onboarding documentation, and pre‑employment requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or high‑volume setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
