Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions at our Mansoura location. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Publish and manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the ATS/HR system.
• Coordinate job offers and onboarding activities while tracking recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment (drivers, sales reps, delivery personnel, warehouse staff, operational roles).
• Experience recruiting white‑collar positions across various business functions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
