About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Regional Digital Buildings Senior Marketing Engineer to lead the marketing strategy for its Building Solutions portfolio in the Middle East. You will work at the intersection of technology, sustainability and digital transformation to drive market growth and strengthen the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing strategies that accelerate growth and market share for Smart Buildings, Energy Management and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Design, launch and optimise high‑impact demand‑generation campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to shape go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and technical teams to drive pipeline growth.
• Build relationships with real‑estate developers, consultants, end users, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Represent Schneider Electric at industry events and customer forums.
• Track marketing performance, measure business impact and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Building Solutions, including Smart Buildings, BMS, Energy Management, Digital Transformation and Sustainability.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, go‑to‑market planning, demand generation and campaign execution.
• Ability to translate market insights into compelling value propositions.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, partners and business stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to influence decisions and manage multiple priorities.
