Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) Instructor – 4‑Day Course

About the role

ISS International SpA seeks an experienced HSE professional to deliver a four‑day classroom course on Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) in Turkmenistan. The training will be conducted in English and is targeted at HSE and Quality personnel working in oil & gas plants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver a comprehensive 4‑day curriculum covering international and local regulations, API standards, HSE requirements, compliance management systems, audits, inspections and reporting.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, case studies and practical exercises to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Assess participant understanding and provide feedback on performance.
• Maintain training records and submit post‑course reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles within the oil & gas industry.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an instructor or trainer.
• Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Availability to start in the fourth quarter of 2026 for a 4‑day onsite assignment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of API standards (e.g., API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, EU Directives and Turkmen national standards.
• Expertise in HSE compliance management, occupational safety and environmental protection.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and certification processes.
• Proficiency in HSE documentation, incident reporting and regulatory reporting.
