Religious Tourism Manager – Hajj & Umrah

About the role

Silk Road Tours Egypt is looking for a strategic and experienced Religious Tourism Manager to lead and grow its Hajj and Umrah business. You will own the full product lifecycle, from design and pricing to operational execution and vendor management, while driving sales and partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑level Hajj and Umrah travel packages for diverse market segments.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, set competitive pricing, and monitor profit margins.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with hotels, transport providers, field supervisors, and destination agents.
• Oversee end‑to‑end trip operations, ensuring flawless pre‑departure planning, on‑site execution, and post‑trip evaluation.
• Support sales and customer service teams with product knowledge, marketing materials, and tailored offers.
• Identify and maintain high‑value B2B partnerships with travel agents, affiliates, and referral networks.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, visa quotas, and travel protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in religious tourism or related travel sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting revenue and margin targets.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
